| The Foundation team along with a group of experts
visited the clusters at Ludhiana, Karnal, Samalkha and Ahmedabad. An
initial gap, need and potential assessment study was undertaken
following which an awareness creation workshop was conducted at these
places to discuss the technologies in use, processes, operational
methods and management techniques to identify the critical intervention
areas. The workshops were designed to communicate with the cluster
representatives specific methods to resolve some of their pressing
problems. |
